Raphie May had a message to deliver Thursday night at the Crest Theater; if you are a hater, a lover, a racist, gay or a homophobe. Embrace it, Own it.To the tune of Jerry Lee Lewis’ “Great Balls of Fire,” May strode to the stage to deliver a two hour, stream of consciousness that had the ability to offend just about anyone who wasn’t aware of the frankness and directness of his delivery. For those that either were already fans or were not easily flummoxed by direct mocking of controversial subjects, May owned it.
