Because Arco Arena, The Crest Theater, Sacramento Memorial Auditorium and other venues (Harlows, etc) only have occasional shows, we are only going to show the venue in the calendar. Man, you are way ahead of me! Dane Cook (Arco) and Lisa Lampanelli (Crest Theater) are both coming in October and the whole October calendar will be up soon!
OK.. The Crest Theater has been added to this page because there are two very funny comedians coming in the next 45 days. Kate Clinton on September 25th and Lisa Lampinelli on October 3rd.
I have also added Arco Arena. In October, both Jamie Foxx (though he will be doing more singing), and Dane Cook will be performing there.
Gotta love this town!

Open Mike shows are every Wednesday at 9:00 All comics are encouraged to come out and bring your friends to see many of Sacramento’s comedians.
Trino’s Lounge is at 1443 Fulton Ave just south of Arden Way.
Length of set is determined by the number of comics that come in. We are not limited to any specific stop time other then 2 am. Ok I am not wild about going past 12 but hey if there is an audience and comics I believe we keep the show rolling.

We have a comedy open mic every Monday night at Po’ Boyz in Folsom. We start at 9:00 (or after Monday Night Football during the season). Po’ Boyz is at 9580 Oak Ave Pkwy on the north side of the river in Folsom.
New comics are welcome. We always have a good mix of experienced comics and up-and-comers. We’ve had a few surprise headliners drop in too, so you never know who you’ll see.

Po’ Boyz and Trino’s are great open mic rooms. Cheryl and Willie work really hard to make these rooms work. Whenever I want to work on something new, they always give me good stage time. Plus it’s a really good hang out spot. Come out and support these rooms

Tommy T’s Rancho is stepping up, we’ve got Tony Roberts July 23-25, Tom Arnold (roseanne) Aug 6th-7th, Sinbad Aug 13th-14th, John Witherspoon Aug 19-22nd, Shawn/Marlon Wayans Sept 10-12th, Finesse Mitchell (Saturday Night Live) Sept 16-19th, and Brad Garett/Craig Shoemaker/Christopher Titus all coming after that!! We have an open mic competition every Tuesday at 7:30 and a Comedy showcase every Wednesday at 7:30 (both cheaper than going to a movie but we serve alcohol too- hollller!) Full menu/bar every show on top of that stellar line-up!
